My name is Faraz Syed. I am 26 years old as I write my first blog post on this site, a site I spent the last four days coding. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA, and I will be graduating in December 2025.

I created this website not only to showcase myself for future job opportunities but, more importantly, to share my journey with the world, express my thoughts openly, and empower anyone who comes across my posts. This is also why I started my YouTube channel and stay active on social media. Through this blog, I aim to expand my reach, especially to those curious minds who prefer reading articles or searching the web rather than just browsing YouTube.

I am talking to those curious minds who have faced tough journeys in life, struggling with poverty, access to education, and the challenge of finding good jobs. Many also carry added stress from family, school, university, and work. They often bear heavy responsibilities and pressure that weigh on both their bodies and souls. Despite life getting harder, they keep trying to survive because deep inside, they still dream of a better tomorrow for themselves and their loved ones.

You Are Not Alone

Many face this path alone, hoping to one day meet someone who embodies kindness, empathy, love, companionship, and family, someone who stands by them through good and bad days, when life feels dark, cold, empty, and lifeless.

I hope you all find your light. I wish you happiness and comfort. I pray that your pain and sorrows disappear and that all your struggles, hard work, and desire for success pay off someday. Even when things seem hopeless, I hope and truly believe that it isn’t as hopeless as it appears.

I am one of you; I walk among you. I have always been. I remember the cramps after long hours of walking to college on the streets of Hyderabad, India, just to save money for food. I remember feeling lost after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. I took any job I could to grow my skills and career, even when paid unfairly. I endured sleepless nights building a career portfolio filled with projects, certifications, and accolades I worked hard for.

There were times when I was broke, lifeless, and bedridden with chest and back pain from the pressure I put on myself. I almost lost hope of making it to a better life.

Facing Challenges in India

As a Muslim who spent 12 years in India under a Hindu nationalist government that often incites hatred and sidelines critical issues like employment, cost of living, education, healthcare, pollution, and development, I often wondered if this was the India for which so many had sacrificed their lives during British colonial rule. The only change seemed to be the person in power. Yet the filth and venom in people’s minds fueled by Hindu nationalist rhetoric targeting Muslims and other minorities have only grown over time, as many fail to see that they are merely pawns in this ruthless game of power, failing to acknowledge the sacrifices of millions, regardless of their religion, caste, or the color of their skin over the centuries so that India could achieve freedom, peace, and unity among its people.

Dreaming Big Against the Odds

I could barely dream of living past 22 given my pain and stress. The thought of pursuing an MBA in the US, something I couldn’t afford, felt impossible, let alone getting married and starting a family. But a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and a student loan from an international provider without collateral helped me reach this point.

Now, with good work experience, 24 projects, 14 certifications in business, strategy, technology, and analytics, one scholarship, and an honor award showcased in my portfolio, I seek to start my career here in the US. The job market remains tough, with many employers rejecting talented people due to nationality, but I remain hopeful. I can’t give up because this dream is bigger than me, it is the dream every child from humble and tough beginnings shares.

Dedication and Gratitude

I dedicate my journey and this website not just to my own spirit, but to those children, men, and women who dream like me. And to those who show empathy, compassion, kindness, and love whether as partners, companions, or strangers helping others get through their good and bad days, I say thank you. You are the rays of hope, the angels in a world where many remain invisible or dismissed by the wealthy.

Your kindness and emotional support, often unexpected, keep many hopeful for a better world.

This one's for all of you!
